Aziz + Cucher: Solo show
Gazelli Art House is due to open a 6000 square-foot exhibition space in Baku’s cultural district on 26th October 2012. Following the successful launch of the gallery’s inaugural space in Mayfair, London, the opening of Gazelli Art House’s second space in Baku will serve to emphasise the gallery’s reputation as an international dealership.
Located at 93 Nizami Street - near the Azerbaijan State Theatre of Young Spectators - Gazelli Art House Baku will present a highly international programme. The gallery will represent artists from across the globe thus encouraging the dialogue between the global contemporary art community and that of Azerbaijan.
Founder and Director of Gazelli Art House, Mila Askarova comments:
“The opening of our second space is an incredible opportunity for Gazelli Art House to share its international stable of artists and showcase challenging contemporary artworks in a fast growing environment such as Azerbaijan. Gazelli Art House Baku will open on 26th October 2012 with a solo show by the American, collaborative visual arts duo, Aziz+Cucher.
