Gazelli Art House is thrilled to present the 11th iteration of the acclaimed Window Project.
For over a decade, this opportunity has provided a valuable platform for art school students and recent graduates, offering a prominent Dover Street façade as a unique space for displaying their work. Previous winners have created visually enchanting and conceptually complex installations reflecting on social, political, and environmental concerns.
For the Window Project’s 10th anniversary in 2022, the entire building's facade was taken over by not one, but four winners. From a selection of outstanding entries, the winners — Lulu Wang (RCA), Yeonsu Ju (UCL), Mila Morelli (RCA), and Sophie Rogers (UCL) — were selected by Jo Baxendale (Senior Policy Officer, Visual Arts and Public Realm for the GLA Culture and Creative Industries Unit), Roland Cowan (Partner at Roland Cowan Architects), Mark Dale (Founder & Creative Director of W1 Curates), Tim Sayer (MBE, Former BBC Radio 4 News writer and art collector), and Katie Thomas (Associate Director of the New West End - Bond Street & Mayfair).
As we look towards this year's iteration, the Window Project will continue to provide opportunities for emerging artists to exhibit their work commercially, building upon their exposure and access to the contemporary art world and beyond. We are excited to continue this tradition of showcasing and championing the next generation of artists.
For 2023’s Window Project, Gazelli Art House is collaborating with several schools: Goldsmiths Fine Art, UCLA Design Media Arts, University for the Creative Arts (Epsom), CSM UAL, Chelsea College of Art & Design UAL, Camberwell College of Arts UAL, and UAL Creative Computing Institute.
