Classic Donut Table (2021–23) is a soft sculpture in which Haworth gives a shout-out to classic graphic or product design associated with Americana, such as Converse All-Stars. Importantly for Haworth, she includes the names of the designers where possible, painted on the canvas and stuffed fabric objects. This is meant as a humorous challenge to the Pop Art norm of Warhol and others who didn't cite sources. The piece is a reprise of a key earlier work, Donuts, Coffee Cups and Comic (1962), showing the way Haworth circles back to forms and ideas across her career to reflect on the signs and symbols of everyday life.
