Sergio Calderón is a Creative, Art Director, Filmmaker and Visual Artist based in London. He studied Graphic Design at SATER Art School. Calderon spent the early stages of his career working on interactive projects and graphic design for Cultural Foundations, Museums and Businesses before moving to Barcelona and co-founding his own practice, NETavanza. Here, he worked on a wide range or projects for clients such as Sony/BMG, Gijón Film Festival, Pedro García, Primavera Sound, Brett Anderson, BAC Festival and Jaume Plensa. He also got involved in several activities such as the launch of the magazine espacio3.com, a video installation for the International Festival of Contemporary Art in Barcelona and the publishing of a collection of soundscapes. In 2007 he moves to London where joins the design consultancy Hi-ReS! Since February 2012 runs his own practice creating works for screen and installation.
