Double Sided I (1966) is a collage of two falling or flying figures that employs vivid transparent orange plastic film and cut fluorescent paper. The work vibrates with energy, suggesting music and dance. It also feels heightened in intensity, almost as if the volatility of the rapid changes in the 1960s are overwhelming the silhouetted bodies.
