MAX PRUS 

 

Max Prus is an artist based in Norfolk, his works depict scenes of everyday life from his immediate surroundings. The artist boldly captures non-narrative visuals, adding intrigue to the mundane.  Max graduated in 2015 from the Royal Academy Schools, (London, UK) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Fine Art having completed a bachelor's degree in Fine Art Painting and Printmaking in 2011 from Glasgow School of Art.

 

Max has held numerous residencies including; at Dover Arts Club Drawing Room Residency, London, (2020), an Alayrac Residency, Tarn Department, France (2018), Working Project, Whiteleys Building, London, UK (2018), Kings Mall Residency, London, UK, 2017 Art Students League of New York, Vytlacil, USA (2016), Shanthi Road, Bangalore, India, 2016 Sewon Art Space, Yogyakarta, Indonesia (2015) and at La Générale, Paris, France (2015).
