6 channel video installation documenting Nye Thompson’s performance piecefor humans and satellites.The artist created a series of postcards for satellites and transmitted them outinto space as radio signals. During the brief transmission periods thesepostcards could be received by passing satellites. The satellites respond bybroadcasting them back to Earth. During this human-satellite dialogue eachpostcard image is entirely deconstructed and created anew - transformed bythe satellite's intervention and the extraterrestrial journey.
