Francesco Jodice
Panorama
February 11–May 7, 2017
Francesco Jodice‘s retrospective, Panorama, will be opening at Fotomusuem Winterthur on February 11, 2017. Panorama presents an expansive geopolitical scenario and an eclectic mosaic of a contemporary world in flux. The exhibition will be on through the 7th of May.
Panorama is the first international retrospective dedicated to the Italian photographer and filmmaker, Francesco Jodice (*1967), spanning 20 years of the artist’s work. In Panorama, places, times and stories collide, addressing sociological questions about our urban world. By presenting a wide range of documents like maps, books, newspaper clippings and interviews, the show also gives a behind-the-scenes look at Jodice’s artistic process that strikes a fine balance between theory and practice.
