The Johannesburg Art Gallery will be presenting a survey exhibition of Alinka Echeverría’s work encompassing the complete series for her bodies of work ‘The Road To Tepeyac’, ‘Becoming South Sudan’ as well as a new work made at the Cradle of Humankind during her artist residency at NIROX sculpture Park, this July in South Africa. The Johannesburg Art Gallery is an art gallery located in Joubert Park, in the central business district of Johannesburg, South Africa. The building was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and consists of 15 exhibition halls and sculpture gardens.
