Overview

Gazelli Art House presents Mother Mould, a solo exhibition of new work by Jane McAdam Freud. 

The artist’s latest sculptural endeavour contemplates ‘the mould’ in sculptural and metaphorical terms. The internationally acclaimed artist and daughter of Lucian Freud creates a further connection referring to the mother as the source, alternatively to her previous exploration of the role of the father. This exhibition examines the mother as a container for shaping and replicating forms. “Naturally we are all ‘moulded’ by our mothers experience from birth.”
