Giovanni Ozzola is one of the artists involved in the upcoming ADAM Site Specific Project that will be launched on April 3, 2015 at 19:30 in Scicli, UNESCO World Heritage City, the ADAM project, conceived by Silvio Ciappi and Sasha Vinci in collaboration with Galleria Continua of San Gimignano and K10 Gallery Koine Scicli. The event will consist of two cultural spaces of the city: Site Mill – Mill St. Nicholas and K10 Koine. The theoretical vision of ADAM is entrusted to the criminologist Silvio Ciappi and art critic Joseph Carrubba. Inspired by the symbolism of ADAM, the artists created works in dialogue with the reality that listens, observes, accepts them, and their lives.
Interviews will be conducted by Marilina Buscema, designed to give a voice to all the personalities involved in the project. With this new experience is strengthened again the idea of aesthetic journey, which transforms the small baroque town in a Teatro Vivo.
ADAM is an idea that is developed for dissent to the political and cultural bias of our time, an immersion in the polis to rediscover the value through the art of acting. ADAM is a story, a survey on the human and Humanity, which enhances the sense of plurality.
