Nouf Aljowaysir is currently participating in an exhibition at the Photo Elysée in Switzerland, titled Lehnert & Landrock: Revisiting A Colonial Archive. Original photographic works from Lehnert & Landrock, which orientalise North African landscapes and people, capturing them in a colonized archive. Along these works, Aljowaysir and Gloria Oyarzabal display their works to commence a dialogue bringing in contemporary questions of existing and capturing, in an attempt to decolonise the photographic collection
The exhibition is on view until 1 February 2026.
