These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using and accessing www.gazelliarthouse.com (the “Site”) in any way, you agree to be bound by these T&C’s. If you do not accept any of the provisions of the agreement, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site
By using the Site you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept any of the provisions of the agreement, do not use the Site. You must not use this Site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to this Site. You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these T&C’s.
You must not use this Site to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, or any other malicious computer software.
You will be given the choice to subscribe to our newsletters by providing your email address or mailing address. We will not use any addresses provided for anything other than to keep you updated with our art exhibitions, and we will give you notice on our home page of any changes to such. In no event will Gazelli Art House Limited be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your email or mailing addresses.
The main purpose of the Site is to make available to the public details of the art exhibitions hosted by Gazelli Art House Limited at various destinations across London, where selected artists will be able to showcase and offer for sale their works of art.
Purchasing Works of Art
Gazelli Art House Limited has the exclusive right to market the works of art (“Goods”) produced by any of its exhibiting artists, and is acting as agent for such artists. You will only be able to make any purchases of Goods directly through Gazelli Art House Limited.
When purchasing directly from us you, as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Goods, will be contracting directly with us, and not the artist, and are hereby made aware of the following:
• Goods are at your risk from the moment they are collected (by courier or otherwise); • You must pay us the full price of your order before we will send the works of art; • Charges relating to payment in a currency other than pounds Sterling will be borne by you; • Any details given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time; • You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim; • You agree that you only provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself;
You will be able to make your payments for Goods at the site of our art exhibitions in the following three ways:
1. Credit/Debit card on the site of the art exhibition;

If drawn on a British bank, please make the cheque payable to Gazelli Art House Limited.
We do not accept cheques from overseas banks, however, where a customer only has a bank account with an overseas bank we will accept a bankers draft for the relevant amount, made payable to Gazelli Art House Limited;
You will be asked to provide a 10% deposit with a Credit/Debit card on the site of the art exhibition. We must receive cleared funds in our account, by way of a bank transfer, no later than 3 working days following on from the date of purchase.
When making a bank transfer, please quote your name as a reference. Please transfer the funds net of all bank charges.
Links to third party websites
The Site may include links to third party websites that are under the control by others. Gazelli Art House Limited is not responsible for the content of any such third party sites.Intellectual property rights
The Site and its content (including, without limitation, the website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Site) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. In accessing the Site you agree that you will access the contents solely for your personal, non- commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
Limitation of liability
Use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site and its contents are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and all warranties, express and implied, are disclaimed (including, without limitation, the disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property and/or fitness for a particular purpose). To the extent permitted by law, Gazelli Art House will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site.
In the event that any provision of these T&Cs is found invalid pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, the remainder of these T&Cs shall remain valid and enforceable according to the terms.
We reserve the right to update or amend these T&C’s at any time and your continued use of the Site following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the T&C’s regularly for any changes.
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England.
